Workspaces

What a workspace is, how to switch between them, and how to create more.

A workspace holds one body of work: its projects, calendar, vault, connected social accounts, and members. Most creators use one workspace per channel or brand.

Switch workspaces

The workspace switcher is at the top of the left sidebar. Click it to jump between workspaces or to create a new one.

Some views (like the Dashboard) can combine all your workspaces, but live social metrics need a single workspace selected.

Create a workspace

Use the workspace switcher, or go to Settings, then Account, where you can see every workspace you own or belong to and create new ones.

How many workspaces you can own depends on your plan: Free includes 1, Creator 2, Pro 4, and Studio 10. See Plans and billing.

Rename a workspace

Go to Settings, then General, and edit the workspace name.

Work with a team

Owners and admins can invite teammates into a workspace with a role (admin, editor, or viewer). Teammates are included on the Studio plan. See Members, roles, and invites.
