Projects and the pipeline

Projects are the videos you are working on. Each moves through your pipeline stages (for example Idea, Scripting, Editing) until it is published.

Create a project

Click New project on the Projects page (or the Dashboard). Give it a title, an optional description, a format, a starting stage, and optional assignees.

Long form vs short form

Every project shows a small format marker: a wide rectangle for long-form (16:9), a tall rectangle for short-form (9:16). It appears on each board card and in its own Format column in list view.

Move projects through stages

Drag a card on the board, use the card's stage dropdown, or open the project and click Edit details. Stages are customizable: rename, reorder, and recolor them under Settings, then General.

Filter and sort

The list view toolbar lets you search by title or description, filter by format or stage, toggle Assigned to me, and sort by recently updated, oldest, title, or stage. The board view has the same quick format and Assigned-to-me filters. Everything filters instantly.

Edit a project's details

Just below a project's title is a details summary. Click Edit details (the pencil) to change, in one modal:

• Format: long-form or short-form.
• Stage: where it sits in the pipeline.
• Scheduled upload date: a target date that puts the project on the calendar as an upcoming upload. It does not publish anything on its own.
• Assignees: the teammates responsible.

Archive or delete

Use the three-dot menu at the top right of a project (or on its row in list view):

• Archive sets a project aside without losing anything. It drops off the board, list, and Dashboard but keeps its files, tasks, titles, and media. Find archived projects under the Archived toggle and Restore to bring one back.
• Delete is permanent and removes the project and all its files, tasks, titles, and media. It asks you to confirm. Scheduled or published posts stay in your history but are no longer linked to the project.
