Caption snippets

If you type the same outro, hashtag block, or sponsor disclosure into every caption, save it once as a snippet.

Save a snippet

1. In the Schedule post composer, write (or paste) the text in the caption box.
2. Click Save caption as snippet under the caption.

The snippet is saved for the whole workspace, so your teammates get it too.

Insert a snippet

1. In the caption step, click Snippets.
2. Click any snippet to append it to your caption.

The composer still enforces each platform's caption limit, so an inserted snippet never pushes you over silently - the counter tells you where you stand.

Manage them

Delete a snippet from the same list with the ✕ next to it. Any member can insert snippets; saving and deleting is for editors and up.
