Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for CoveDeck paid plans. It is part of our Terms of Service.

Billing and renewal

Paid plans are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, and renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from Settings then Billing, using the Manage billing button to open the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which your account moves to the free plan.

Refunds

Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, or features you did not use. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days at joehughes196@gmail.com and we will review it in good faith.

What happens to your data

Cancelling or downgrading does not delete your content. Your existing workspaces and files remain available, but you may not be able to create new ones beyond the free plan’s limits until you upgrade again. If you also want your data removed, you can delete your account; see our Privacy Policy.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first so we can help. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is resolved.
