A full queue does not mean a full pipeline
Buffer solves the last ten minutes of your week. It has nothing to say about the other twenty hours: what you are filming, where that footage lives, which cut your editor is on, and whether the thumbnail is done. If your queue keeps running dry, the problem is upstream of the scheduler, and adding a better scheduler will not fix it.
