Analytics
Five tabs of cross-platform performance: overview trends, per-post stats, accounts, audience, and posting insights.
Analytics is an interactive dashboard for your connected accounts. The time-period selector at the top right (7 days / 30 days / 90 days / 12 months) reloads everything for that range.
The five tabs
- Overview: an All-time band of lifetime account totals that goes beyond the selected range, then period-scoped headline totals (followers, views, reach, engagement, posts) and trend charts for views, engagement, followers, views by platform, and posting cadence. Every chart has a graph/table toggle, and hovering shows the exact value for a day.
- Content: a sortable, filterable table of every post we can retrieve (up to the last 12 months). Filter by platform, sort by any metric, and click a row for a per-post breakdown. YouTube posts also show a daily-views chart.
- Accounts: a card per account with its metrics, lifetime counters, engagement breakdown, and top posts.
- Audience: follower counts and growth per account over time.
- Insights: your best times to post (a day-by-hour heatmap), how engagement decays after publishing, and which posting frequency earns the most engagement.
How the numbers work
Headline totals are true per-platform aggregates, not just a sum of the visible posts. The Content table lists individual posts from roughly the last 12 months; older posts are not listed one by one, but the All-time band still reflects lifetime totals. YouTube has full multi-year history; TikTok exposes lifetime counts but not its older posts individually.
