Calendar and time blocks
Plan your production week with typed time blocks, and see scheduled posts on the same timeline.
The Calendar is where production time gets real. It holds two kinds of items: your own time blocks and your scheduled posts.
Time blocks
Block out time for the work itself. Each block has a kind: planning, writing, shooting, editing, or other.
- Link a block to one or more projects.
- Drag a block to move it, and resize it to change its length.
Posts on the calendar
Scheduled posts appear marked with an up arrow.
- Click a real scheduled post to open its full editor (the same detail view as the Dashboard's Publishing queue): per-channel status and links, plus Edit, Retry, Cancel, and Delete.
- A project's planned-date-only entry opens the lightweight project and target-date editor instead. A planned date is a soft target and does not publish anything on its own.
Quick edit
Right-click any calendar item (time block or post) for a quick Edit / Delete menu.
