Share a video for review (public link)
Send a client or collaborator one link so they can watch a cut and leave timecoded notes, no account needed.
Review does not have to stay inside your workspace. Any streamable video in the Vault (or a project's Media) can be shared with a public review link.
Create the link
- Open the video (its review view, with the player and notes).
- Click Share for review (editors and up).
- Click Create link, then Copy.
The link looks like /review/ followed by a private token. One link per video.
What guests can do
Anyone with the link can watch the streamable preview and leave timecoded notes under a name they type - no account, no download. Their notes land in the same thread your team sees in the app, marked as guest comments. Guests cannot resolve or delete notes; that stays with your team.
Control and revoke
From the same Share for review panel:
- Rotate link mints a new URL and kills the old one (use it if a link leaks or a project wraps).
- Turn off unpublishes the page entirely; you can turn it back on later with the same URL.
Review links are excluded from search engines. Treat the URL like a password: anyone holding it can view the video.
