Manage the publishing queue
See scheduled, in-flight, and failed posts; edit captions and times; retry, cancel, or delete.
Everything you schedule lands in the Publishing queue widget on the Dashboard, grouped by status: Scheduled, Publishing, and Failed. The same posts appear on the Calendar marked with an up arrow.
Open a post's details
Click any queue item (or a scheduled post on the calendar) to see per-channel status and links to the live post on each platform once it is out.
What you can do
- Edit: change the caption, title, and time for posts that have not gone out yet.
- Retry: re-attempt a failed post.
- Cancel: stop a scheduled post from going out.
- Delete: remove the post.
Canceling or deleting a not-yet-published post also removes it from the publishing provider, so it will not go out. Deleting an already-published post just removes it from CoveDeck and leaves the live video up.
Know when it lands
Turn on push notifications (Settings, then Preferences, then Notifications) to get an alert on your device when a scheduled post publishes or fails, so you do not have to watch the queue. See Push notifications.
